It gives me great pleasure to announce that Tyler Wren is open for business, with our sister company Kiwi Careers (www.kiwicareers.co.uk) our concept is to help new (and old) kiwis find their dream jobs in New Zealand. Whilst working with key employers to help them bridge the skills gap.
I have done a mountain of research over the last 4 years to track the New Zealand market and the overall pattern is that there is key talent missing in the commercial sector – IT, Legal, Construction, Accountancy & Finance, Procurement and Sales.
Our aim is to work closely with a group of businesses in these sectors to proactively source and place in these areas. We are in the process of building our database of candidates and understand who our New Zealand business partners are.
We have already made some great headway with businesses in the Construction, IT, Legal and Accountancy & Finance sectors. Our aim is to also safeguard candidates both locally and from overseas to offer a full aftercare service to ensure candidates are happy in their roles and trouble shoot any teething problems.
