jobs in recruitment

If you’re looking for jobs in recruitment, you’ve come to the right place

Our team is tight knit, collaborative and looking forward to having fresh faces join us to thrive. We are passionate about changing people’s lives. However, we also cherish our team culture, the supportive environment and developing ourselves to further our (and each other’s) careers – we are a tad protective of what we have as an office and team!

At Tyler Wren, we are a pretty down to earth, diverse bunch who enjoy banter and have a good sense of humour. Full disclosure: you must love dogs, as our furry friends are often in the office. We work hard but utilise our flexible office-based and work from home policies. We are all experienced supportive, motivating and strong mentors along with top recruiters.

Plus we have a unique model to offer clients and candidates with our lovely Vikki based in the UK. Vikki’s an expert with many years of experience; she tracks candidates for us to place on their return or relocation to New Zealand and Australia.

We are not afraid to admit that recruitment has its challenges but it also has its rewards, and we love to celebrate our successes with regular team outings, lunches, dinners and we like to include our wider families.

Our office culture is second to none – we work hard and banter, banter, banter. We are incredibly social and over the last little while we have been to vineyards, zip-lining, climbed the harbour bridge, became a little competitive at bowls and the list goes on.

There is a whole host of benefits the team receive… some more obscure and linked to the modern-day challenges we all face and some more traditional yet equally as important.

So, what do we offer our recruitment consultants and support crew?

Like what you see?

If the answer is yes, then we would love to hear from you! At the end of the day – as cliche as it sounds – the people are why we are who we are. We have an extremely long list of reasons why anyone looking for jobs in recruitment would want to work with us, but our people are second to none on a personal and professional level.

Recruitment agency support and entertainment officers

We often have our furry friends in the office – Dotty, Boon, Kobe, Panda, Nala and Brutus are the last check of our employment process and they need to give their very informed approval before you can start.

Dotty & Boon (shown above) are our entertainment experts, always on hand to meet and greet our visitors with particular expertise in cuddles and sitting on laps.

Our directors are a hoot and will support you and the rest of the team through every obstacle, including how and when to become our latest hire and join us!

For great recruitment jobs, please get in touch with anyone in the team. They will be able to share with you all our current available roles, or if you would like more information on specific jobs in recruitment, what we offer and what we do, simply let us know.
