At Tyler Wren, we’re a down-to-earth, diverse bunch who enjoy banter and don’t take ourselves too seriously. Full disclosure: you need to love dogs, as our furry friends are regulars in the office. We work hard but also embrace flexible office-based and work-from-home policies. Everyone on our team is experienced, supportive, motivating, and invested in mentoring while also being top-notch recruiters.

We also offer something a little different. Our UK-based Vikki is an expert with many years of experience. She tracks candidates for us to place on their return or relocation to New Zealand and Australia. We also have strategic alliances with Tyler Wren teams in Australia and the UK, helping our candidates explore roles across the globe.

Recruitment isn’t always easy, and we don’t pretend it is, but it’s hugely rewarding. We celebrate our wins with regular team outings, lunches, dinners, and we like to include our wider families.

Our office culture is second to none. We work hard, banter constantly, and love spending time together outside the office. Recently, that’s included vineyard trips, zip-lining, climbing the Harbour Bridge, getting a little competitive at bowls, and the list goes on.

Meet the Team

We often have our furry friends in the office. Dotty, Boon, Kobe, Panda, and our newest addition, Enzo, are the final check in our hiring process. They have to give their informed approval before anyone starts.

Dotty and Boon (pictured above) are our resident entertainment experts, always ready to meet visitors with a particular talent for cuddles and sitting on laps.

Our directors are approachable, fun, and supportive, guiding you and the rest of the team through every challenge, including your own recruitment journey with us.
