How We Build the Guide

To produce our annual guide, we draw from three essential sources:

2. The Salary Guide Survey

This five-minute survey captures direct feedback from professionals across our network. It’s one of the most valuable tools we use to build a guide that reflects the real state of the employment market.

3. Internal Data & Trends

We analyse placement records, salary patterns, and past survey results to identify consistencies, shifts, and outliers.
